Rob Fluckiger – Group Managing Director
Rob’s career started in 1987 at Shanks & McEwan, over the past 35 years he’s held positions within private construction companies & the major PLC’s in Waste Management, Rob joined M&M Waste Solutions in 2015.
Rob’s vast experience spans, Landfill, Contaminated Land, Sand & Gravel, Civil Engineering & Waste Treatment & Transfer.
Due to significant growth of the business, Rob Fluckiger was appointed as Group Managing Director of M&M Waste Solutions, Worton Park and Maylarch in 2021.

Cristina Yepez – Compliance Manager
Cristina graduated University in 2006 with a First Class Honours Degree in International Business, going on to work for the Foreign Ministry in Ecuador before moving to the UK in 2007.
Fast forward to 2013, after travelling the UK & Europe Cristina started working in Waste Management as Operations Administrator and PA, gaining experience in Recycling and Waste Treatment.
Joining M&M in 2015, Cristina’s knowledge of waste management legislation has been invaluable as the company continues to grow, she was promoted to Compliance Manager & PA to the MD in 2017.
In 2018 Cristina spearheaded the companies successful bid to achieve BSI certification in Quality Management 9001, Environmental Management Systems 14001 and Occupational Health & Safety Management 18001 this has since been superseded by 45001.
Matt Wright – Operations Director
Matt’s career in Waste Management started in 2010 and he hasn’t looked back since.
He started his career in Customer Retention before a number of quick succession promotions saw him move into Sales and then Account Management. This is where Matt really gained his experience in the industry managing contracts across a number of industry sectors regionally and nationally.
Matt joined M&M Waste Solutions in 2017 as Sales Manager, where he quickly proved that his background in customer focused roles was a great asset as we continue to expand our business. In 2019 Matt moved into the role of Commercial Manager with overall responsibility for all commercial activity within the business.
In 2021 Matt was promoted to Operations Director, his work bridging the gap between the Commercial and Ops Teams made him the natural choice to progress onto this role.

Pawel Stapor – Weighbridge Operator
After moving to the UK in 2007, Pawel was offered a temporary position at M&M Waste Solutions working on our MRF picking station. Pawel’s professionalism and can-do attitude didn’t go unnoticed and the position was soon made permanent.
He was promoted to Team Leader in 2008 and by 2009 Pawel had moved onto the Transfer Station loading plant, in 2010 another promotion saw him become our Weighbridge Operator.
Over the past 13 years working as Weighbridge Operator, Pawel has gained a number of industry recognised qualifications. Currently working on his next qualification and showing no signs of stopping yet, the future is looking very bright for Pawel and the company.
Claire Dwyer – Transport Manager
Claire’s spent the past 12 years firmly establishing herself as a Customer Service professional.
Claire’s worked within various customer focused roles across a range of sectors including, Waste Management, Healthcare, Financial Services and Wholesale & Retail, this is where she took her first steps into management.
In 2016 Claire relocated to the South and joined M&M as part of the Customer Service Team, within 12 months Claire had shown all of the qualities needed to lead the team and was promoted to Customer Service Manager Manager in early 2017.
After taking a short break to start a family Claire returned to the business in 2018, she spent the next 12 months further developing the Customer Service Team before making the move into our Transport Department as Transport Manager.
For Claire, the most enjoyable part of the job is the people.
